FAQs
1. Why Greek yogurt?
No not because this recipe is inspired by Greece folks. Greek yogurt is much thicker than normal yogurt so it stays there for the night and allows oats to absorb milk without the involvement of yogurt. A complicated 3 way relationship yea I know.
Tips: Compare the prices of yoghurt among brands. Quite big difference.
2. Flavored or non flavored yoghurt?
Up to you. Flavored yoghurt give sweeter taste that’s all.
After one or two trials following the recipe, go ahead customizing your oats. I used peach flavored yogurt and i put in sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts, blueberries and strawberries chunks. Sunflower seeds are my all-time favourtie and raisins is always my backup plan when I'm out of fresh fruits.
